No. Since most of our orders are gifts, we do not include a physical invoice with the price inside the package. You will receive the digital invoice via email for your records.
For most custom items like frames or mugs, our website provides a “Live Preview” as you upload your photo. For high-end custom orders, our design team will send a digital mockup to your WhatsApp/Email for approval before we begin production
You can modify the address within [Time, e.g., 1 hour] of placing the order or before it is dispatched. Once the gift has left our warehouse or the local florist/bakery, we cannot change the destination.
Because personalized gifts are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if the item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we will send a free replacement immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item to our support team within 24 hours
